This certificate is valid for 3 years . Some new employers require a renewed certificate on change of employment, regardless of an in-date certificate.

Manual handling is a prerequisite for this course. Some training providers offer an online learning manual handling course and then do the patient handling element in person as a half day.

At MTI we put high value on in-person training and an increasing amount of employers do not accept online Manual Handling certificates.

The practical elements within this course are an essential part and must be participated in.
